FasCaulk Sealant

Black Butyl-based sealant utilized for sealing membrane seams, edges of flashing details and membrane splices made with FasSeal adhesive.
Inhibits infiltration of moisture into completed adhesive areas.
Easy application in most temperatures with consistent performance, especially in vertical adhesion applications.
Easy to extrude, tube packaging.
Yields approximately 200 lineal feet per case of the 11 oz. Tubes @ 1/4" bead.

FasClean Primer

One-step, single application of both cleaning and priming.
Increases adhesion of FasSeal Adhesive and FasTape products to single-ply EPDM membrane.
Conditions surface for stronger seams by neutralizing all existing talc/mica residue. Curing system provides improved cohesive strength.
Fast drying and more economical than conventional methods of cleaning.
Available in 1-gallon.

FasDri Sealant Caulk

Gray, tacky sealant caulk utilized primarily as a gasket for sealing in areas not subject to ultraviolet rays (beneath membrane at drain clamp rings and termination bars.)
Excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
Superior water resistance. Never hardens when kept out of direct sunlight.
Yields approximately 200 lineal feet per case of the 11 oz. Tubes @ 1/4" bead.
